At Tandaav, we pack every order with great care to ensure it reaches our customers safely and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if you are dissatisfied with the product received, you must notify us within a week of delivery by sharing clear photographs and an unboxing video of the product and its original packaging at the specified mail info@tandaav.in.
If Tandaav confirms that an incorrect or damaged product was delivered, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
Tandaav does not offer refunds or accept returns on any products. However, for any quality-related concerns, customers may contact Tandaav for review and assistance.
