Shipping and Delivery
Tandaav dispatches all orders through leading courier partners across the country. Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the nature of the product and the shipping destination. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Returned Orders (RTO – Return to Origin)
In cases where an order is returned to us due to reasons not attributable to Tandaav—including but not limited to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, unclaimed packages, or delivery refusal—we reserve the right to charge the customer for re-shipping the order.
Additional Shipping Charges for Re-Shipment
If a returned order is to be re-dispatched, the customer will be required to bear the applicable re-shipping charges. The exact amount, including any courier or handling fees, will be communicated to the customer prior to re-shipment. Payment must be completed through the approved payment methods before the order is re-sent.
Delivery Address Policy
Customers are strongly advised to carefully review and verify their delivery details at the time of checkout. Our order processing system is fully automated, and once an order is confirmed, shipping details are immediately forwarded to our courier partners. As a result, address changes cannot be accommodated after order confirmation.
If an incorrect address (such as an incorrect pin code, city, or incomplete information) is provided and the delivery fails, the shipment will be returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin). Upon receipt of the returned package, the order may be re-shipped after coordination with the customer, subject to payment of applicable re-shipment charges by the customer.
